Its worth checking Customer network readiness and making sure everything is configured correctly. If you still are still getting a higher that expected latency, then you could create a case with Genesys Product Support to help investigate where the latency is occurring

When an inbound call comes into our test Genesys On-Prem test environment, the service responds in about 1-2 seconds. However, for the exact same service in Genesys Cloud, the response tine is more than 5 seconds. Could there be a configuration issue on the Cloud side causing this latency?
