We were very happy with the new functionality of having 1 contactlist being used by multiple(4) campaigns.
We have strict filters which campaign can dial which contact at which time.
But 1 disposition code is blocking us from using this option: OUTBOUND-SKIPPED-CONTACT-NO-OWNERSHIP.
This disposition code blocks other campaigns from calling the same contact within 4 hours apparently.
Business process puts contact on contactlist XXXX
Contactlist has the following columns:
Language: Dutch(NL) or French(FR)
Mediatype: VOICE or WRITTEN
Process 1:
Contact gets added with Language NL
Agents from Campaign XXXX_VOICE_NL calls customer, customer speaks French
Agent updates Language field in contactlist to FR
Agent from Campaign XXXX_VOICE_FR needs to pick it up with PRIORITY (so not 4 hours later)
Process 2:
After 3 call attempts it needs to go to a new team
We change the mediatype to WRITTEN
Other campaign XXXX_WRITTEN_NL picks it up to continue.
We are above the: A maximum of 5 skills-based dialing campaigns can run concurrently.
So this won't solve it.
We dont want to increase the number of contactlists, as this makes it much more complex.
Is there any way to circumvent the OUTBOUND-SKIPPED-CONTACT-NO-OWNERSHIP or lower it to X amount of minutes
