    Thank you for your time, I would like to ask you regard to SSO in cloud had anyone implement it before inside genesys cloud and if its 

    could you please share with us your experience and which solution you have used. Also is it possible to use AD for this feature

    we did it with azure and it was dead easy, we just followed the Genesys guide

    Our IT security team followed the guide below and we were running SSO in less than 1 day.
