Hi
we have an integration between Genesys and Google Cloud Dialogflow CX for a WhatsApp implementation, what is the syntax to show buttons and hyperlinks, send images and files from Google Cloud Dialogflow CX to WhatsApp through Genesys?

The features are the same for most bots.
Buttons are generally quick replies to enter quick text and the syntax is here https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/work-with-quick-replies-in-bot-conversations/
Hyperlinks can only be sent to WhatsApp as the full URL. WhatsApp doesn't support markdown for links, so they will render them as they see fit, we can't change that.
Images and Files are not supported from bots today, but you can do links to files and we have a beta running for Cards that can have images with clickable links https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/work-with-cards-in-bot-conversations/
