    ​Was wondering if anyone out there has had any experience getting SIP Phones to register with PureCloud and or any tips. Not registering on my end.

    It depends on what type of PureCloud deployment you have...PureCloud Voice and BYOC Cloud are different from BYOC prem/local edges.

    I presume the phone is provisioning through the PureCloud Provisioning Service.

    Are the phones behind NAT? If so, you may need to enable FENT:

    We've conducted comparisons between vlans using OPtion 160 on WAN and VPN.  WAN is working okay because the DHCP Inform packet is broadcasted to SSP user.  However with VPN users and VPN appliance customer has, that packet is not being broadcasted.  

    They use an ACA VPN Concentrator which consumes its DHCP from domain (MSFT) DHCP server.  

    Has anyone come across a CSCO Dhcp server for this appliance in order to get provision record to SSP?
