Hi George,
We have a mobile agent desktop called 'Mobile Office' running on PureEngage & PureCloud.
Reason why we opted for an approach via Audiocodes (and not the WebRTC JS SDK Purecloud offers), is that Audiocodes offers full native
Android/IOS SDK's, who allow to cope with a number of difficulties that arise on mobile (including network changes wifi/4G/3G/.. , offering webRTC capability while the app is not in the foreground, overall performance etc)
On top of this, the solution is generic for both PureEngage/PureCloud (which is interesting from a maintenance point of view)

I'm glad you got it figured out.
Can you explain more regarding your use case, and why you don't want to use the WebRTC phone capability built into PureCloud? Is it to better use WebRTC with an existing solution on corporate mobile/smartphones?

Figured it out: we define our extensions in Purecloud with type 'Generic SIP Phone'. We can then (by choosing the domain=edge in xlite/audiocodes webrtc) subscribe within genesys.
