Hi Community,
When configuring an external SIP trunk, there're 2 fields in the 'Identity / Outbound' sections that are enabled by default.
These are 'Apply Header Privacy' and 'Apply User Privacy'.
I didn't find very precise info in the ressource center regarding those 2 parameters.
In which scenarios do they come into play ? and how ?
For example, does it make PureCloud takes the privacy info received on an incoming call into account if that call is transfered ?
