I'm using bullseye routing to route calls. Is it possible to have a report by using API that shows calls offered, handled, abandon etc... aggregate by skills on the queue? If yes, which API do you suggest to use? I'm trying to use the
/api/v2/analytics/conversations/aggregates/query but there is no way to aggregate managed calls by skills.
