Hi,

I wanted to check in dashboard when we select metric, it doesn't give you an option to filter by skillset.

is this limitation by design or there is a way to have skillset metric published in dashboard ?

Unfortunately, only by Queue or Flow or Outcome or Wrap-up. Now what you could do is use an Outcome by Skill or a wrap-up by skill and use those.  The other option would be to pass through a flow by the skill and then back into the flow.
