When calling a users DDI (assigned to workphone number in his/her profile, calls to that number hear a couple of prompts which, unfortunately I did not find in the Prompts section of Architet.
Our goal is to suppress prompts such as "Please stay on the line we will connect you with" and "<UserName>".
Is there some kind of custom parameter one can set to skip those announcements?
Furthermore, is is possible to somewhat customize the prompts play when a call on a user queue goes to voicemail? For instance, if the user has no voicemail there is a prompt saying something like "There is no voicemail configured for this user". We would rather skip this and disconnect.
