    Hi,

    Do you happen to know should Skype for business work for tenants on EMEA like mypurecloud.de ?

    We are getting console error like :

    And Purecloud support is useless on this. Their response has been just read the documents on https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/about-the-skype-business-integration/

    Tomi, I can see from the case notes that Support has been working through this issue with Jari (latest exchange within the last hour), so there is still some analysis being done.

    If they don't come up with something by the end of today, you might ask them to escalate the case.
