  • 1.  Slot Builtin date is automatically filling the year if we enter just date or month

    We are trying to capture the DOB and when used the slot built in date and if either date or month or year is mentioned and rest if filling by the bot itself. For example If I just say or enter 04, it takes the month and year by itself.

    I am trying to get the date as the callers entered even if it is just date or month or year

    Hello Divya,

    Welcome to the Community! Have you tried capturing the info separately? As in capture the month, then the day, then the year? Does that work?

    Yes, month followed by date and year is working but even we just enter either month or day or year, the rest is filling automatically.  Its filling with future year of 2025
