I have a customer who wants to use an SMS campaign. I have built the flow and tested it and can send SMS messages to customers and the customer can respond to the message. If my customer did not want their customers to respond is there any way this can be configured. I am aware of an Opt Out option but this is purely to stop customers responding. Is it just a case of not enabling a skill and queue and therefore if the customer does reply the SMS essentially goes into a black hole ?.
Also is there a way to show that the SMS CLI is from the customer ?.
