  • 1.  SMS Messaging Context

    Hi Everyone,

    I'm looking for the options to pass the context or conversation id while sending the SMS notifications from Inbound Call app (Agentless Api) and then those SMS numbers are routed to Inbound Messaging app, is there any out of the box way to pass the context of voice call to these messaging app session ?

    The problem is that SMS is not like Email and you won't receive back anything you send out.  I would suggest writing the information to a Data Table by the caller ID of the SMS that you send and then read that information from the table when the SMS comes into the Messaging Flow.  Be sure to delete the entry after reading it.
