    Currently looking at running some SMS Campaigns but due to the nature of the messages we're required to provide an outside vendor with the individuals who have opted-out of receiving our SMS communications. I've tried creating an inbound message flow but the issue is Genesys's system automatically unsubscribes those individuals who opt-out before my flow can trigger and add them. There's no way for me to see the Do Not Contact list that Genesys's automatic system has. I reached out to Genesys directly and wasn't given any helpful solutions. 

    The only work around that I've found is to look at the interactions and click into each one to see if the individual replied with STOP. Due to the number of SMS messages that we're planning on sending this isn't much of a viable option.

    Any solutions?
