    Hello Engineers,

    First, I would like to know if PureCloud can handle the direct/private message in twitter. For example, if I have an authorized twitter account in PureCloud, and some one in Twitter send me a direct message. Can this message be received as an interaction?


    Second, can the chat interaction regarding twitter be recorded/ saved in PureCloud?

    PureCloud supports direct Twitter messages which are originated from a Twitter enabled application. This is focused on business accounts rather than personal twitter accounts. Please see the following for an overview -
    ACD messages overview - PureCloud Resource Center

    You will need to create a Twitter enabled application as detailed at
    Create a Twitter app for PureCloud - PureCloud Resource Center
    and then PureCloud can receive messages from your business's Twitter account.

    You will require PureCloud 3 and accept the additional usage charges for messaging through an amendment. Information on the requirements and usage charges are at
