  • 1.  Social Media and Radarr

    Hi there,

    Our org will start using Genesys for social media management in the next few weeks for Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter and Google Reviews.  We are starting with the native social media offering that is out of the box, but are wondering if we should also integrate with Radarr via the AppFoundry for additional capabilities that may not be available with the OOTB solution; such as enhanced public mention listening and sentiment analysis.  Is anyone using both social platforms in parallel and has feedback in terms of does Radarr truly improve the social media listening?  How about the Agent experience, is it fragmented with the two solutions in place?  Any feedback or insight is welcome - thank you!
