    I have a question about softphone development plan.
    Is there a plan to develop a built-in softphone for sprinklers?
    Like a Zendesk and Salesforce.

    There are softphones for both of those:

    About Genesys Cloud for Zendesk - Genesys Cloud Resource Center (mypurecloud.com)

    About Genesys Cloud for Salesforce - Genesys Cloud Resource Center (mypurecloud.com)

    But I would suggest OneView for Salesforce:  Genesys AppFoundry - Avtex OneView (mypurecloud.com)
