    Hello All,

    I know that prerequisites for soft phone is 64bits, but a customer has an station with Windows7 32bits. Is there any alternate softphone that I can run for 32bits?

    Why not use the web-based phone built into PureCloud?

    Screen recording will still only work with the client correct? That's about the only reason I can think of :)

    Correct, screen recording requires the desktop app.

    Hi Sebastian,

    From my experience, George's recommendation is the best.  We use WebRTC Phones in our Call Center, which is Windows 7 based, and everything works extremely fine.
