SoftPhoneDataProvider.GetConfig : Config not found on server. Returning cached config.

    Hi,
    Please help me,
    In a customer when provisioning the purecloud softphone I can not make a calls, only appear the state: Contacting for 60 seconds and finish

    If, we delete 2 files in: C:\Users\Usuario\AppData\Roaming\Interactive Intelligence\PureCloud Softphone\resources that we think that this files are the provisioning
    Then: we Closed the softphone and deselected the phone of the UI
    After; opened the softphone again and select in the UI, we make a call.
    Nevertheless, now in the first call the customer do not listen to the agent.
    When hand off the fisrt call, and the agent make a second call, the call is correctly
    the error indicate:
    SoftPhoneDataProvider.GetConfig : Config not found on server. Returning cached config.

    ErrorCode: error.i3provisionclient.notModified
    Description: The resource is not modified
    Hostname: MA-CALLCENTER4
