    Is there an easy way to troubleshoot such errors? A friendly error message "Oh no! something went wrong! " is displayed on a login attempt via ADFS server using the Microsoft ADFS login credentials: -


    Fiddler logs doesn't help! Configuration seems to match the instructions at Resource center: - https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/add-microsoft-adfs-single-sign-provider/

    SAML request and response doesn't show anything wierd! 
    how to find the underlying exception behind this friendly window? Although i do see "401: UnAuthorized" error in the network logs but that doesn't help much! 
    any toggle to turn On to get verbose logs?

    There is not setting for different levels of Network logs, just Console logs.

    If you are looking at the HAR files (network log export) and can't find anything helpful, you will probably have to open a case with Care so they can dig into the system logs for you.
