  • 1.  Sometimes users are going from OnQueue to Busy, unprovoked. What is causing this?

    Sometimes users are going from OnQueue to Busy, unprovoked.  What is causing this?  I realize Console/Network logs are critical but we seem to not be catching them.

    Could a team leader or WFM person be moving them into busy from their end ?
