  • 1.  Sort conversations/aggregates/query API response by time

    Hello,

    We use /api/v2/analytics/conversations/aggregates/query .

    The question is :

    Is it possible to have the response sorted by time/order of entry by purpose, for example, first IVR, then queue, then representative, and so on?

    Hello,

    No, the POST /api/v2/analytics/conversations/aggregates/query does not provide sorting capabilities (does not have sorting parameters).

    You can see all available parameters of the POST /api/v2/analytics/conversations/aggregates/query endpoint in API Explorer, under API Request section. This endpoint does not expose parameters to sort the results.
