    Hi everyone, 

    noticed that canned responses are not following the alphabetical order while displaying it in agent UI, and this order is changing each time.

    Does any one noticed this and is there a way to make it alphabetical order while displaying in agent UI.

    Hello Hanumantha, 

    I believe this is expected behavior. Since the library of canned responses are not based on alphabetical order but based on the libraries from the queue. I have found this idea in the void and it looks like its for this exact functionality, I have already went and voted for it I would recommend you do as well.
