    Hi All.

    Has anyone had success getting this polycom phone registered in PureCloud?  I have been trying to get one registered for quite awhile now with no success at all.  I have opened two cases with Genesys and  everything they have had me try has been unsuccessful.   I would welcome all advice in getting this phone registered!

    What is your PureCloud model? Local edges, or BYOC, or PureCloud Voice? (Which one)

    What protocol are you using on your Phone Trunk?

    Are you using HTTP or HTTPS for provisioning? (which one)

    We are using PureCloud Voice.
    We use TLS on our Trunk and HTTP for provisioning.

    I would also check that it is not a Lync enabled phone. If it is, you have to set it to Generic, or it will reach out to the Lync provision server.
