    Hey Genesys Cloud Users,

    We are looking for GC3 customers who are interested in being part of the Beta Program for support for Voice Transcription / Speech Analytics with Premise based Edges (i.e. Bring Your Own Carrier Premise). If you are interested, please reach out to rakesh.tailor@genesys.com.

    To qualify you must be:

    • A GC3 level Customer

    • Have Edge on Premise (i.e. BYOCP)

    • Have US English Contact Center Agents (i.e. in us-west or us-east)

    Hi Rakesh,

    Is this beta going to remain restricted to the US Regions? This is a feature on many customers radars and I would have hoped that offering to multiple language regions would have been part of the testing.

    The beta is focused on scale testing and we will be able to achieve that scale in the US regions alone.  The beta will be short, only 4 weeks, so GA will come shortly thereafter for all regions.
