    Reading through the Interaction Speech Analytics documentation and it's not entirely clear to me if this tool can do transcription to text.
    Can someone confirm that ?
    If not, any recommendations ?

    Can you be more specific with a link to what you are reading, please? Genesys Cloud does not have Speech Analytics built in.

    Ok, maybe I'm mistaken, is this for PureConnect or PureCloud ?

    It is part of Genesys Engage. Yes, it does transcription.
