I'm looking at enabling the Speech Enabled Company Directory in one of my flows.
I have some users whom I don't want to be available to that part of the system. I.E. I don't want someone to call the main number and be able to say the CEOs name and and route through to them, also, I'd want to remove my Contact Centre agents from the list too. I would only want my back office users (users who would normally have a DDI) to be searchable.
Is there a way to disable users from being available to the Company Directory routing in the call flows?
