    Hello,

    In regards to speech recognition, I am looking for a resolution for the asterisk/star selection.  I have both words identified as an option for * yet speaking the words do not route a person to that selection.  Any suggestions?

    Maybe you should look at another option.  What do you need the * for.  Perhaps you can request your information in another way?
