    Hi,

    Am working on a Genesys, Google Dialogflow CX Bot Integration. Please let me know how to change the Speech to Text Engine in Genesys Architect Flow. So that I can Choose the STT and modify it.

    and also kindly let me know if there is any possibilities to send the voice packets to Google CX instated of send the converted text to Google.

    Your call flow will be dictated by the language and TTS you have chosen for the flow.  You can manipulate the DialogFlow STT model using this resource:  Specify the Google Cloud Dialogflow CX speech model - Genesys Cloud Resource Center (mypurecloud.com)

    As for direct audio to Google, I think you will need to implement a AudioHook to Google using the new 2-way version that is in beta.  I bet Google or Genesys will come up with a pre-built integration.
