One point I have been studying is documentation standardization as an accelerator, not just as a final project deliverable.
In Architect and bot projects, a consistent documentation model for business rules, flow logic, variables, Data Actions, prompts, error handling, routing decisions, and test scenarios can reduce rework across development, QA, and support handover.
I also see AI as a strong enabler in each step of the project: helping extract requirements, draft technical and functional documentation, generate test scenarios, validate prompt consistency, and prepare structured handover material for support teams.
In my view, combining reusable components, standardized documentation, CX as Code practices, and AI-assisted validation is one of the safest ways to scale IVR and bot implementations with more quality and less operational dependency.
