Genesys Cloud - Developer Community!

Hello everyone!

One of my clients wants to use Splunkbase in Genesys.

Here is the proof link that Splunkbase can be used in Genesys - https://splunkbase.splunk.com/app/6552.

However, there is no documentation for implementing Splunkbase in Genesys.

Does anyone know where I can find the documentation? Should we provide it or Splunkbase?

It elates to SplunkBase and they should document their work. Unfortunately, Genesys cannot provide any documentation regarding implementing Genesys into SplunkBase or vice versa.
