    Hello,

    The metadata file contains the issuer (entityID) and the redirect URL for configuring PureCloud. 

    In order to get metadata for PureCloud configuration, we need to find and download the file called FederationMetadata.xml.

    Would it be possible to indicate a URL that hosts this file because in our case the metadata file will change periodically (every 6 months for example)
    which will allow the refreshment of the metadata.

    Hi Charaf,

    I want to make sure I know what you're asking. Are you saying, when configuring SSO in PureCloud, you would like to give PureCloud the url to download and FederationMetadata.xml? And then PureCloud would parse the data needed from the file?

    Yes , because in our case the metadata file will change periodically, so we want to specify not a static file but a url that hosts that file.
