    Hi Guys,

    Would like to know if anyone has implemented an SSO with MFA?  If yes, what's the product?  I saw here (About single sign-on (SSO) - Genesys Cloud Resource Center) that there are recommended SSOs but I want to know what product is currently in use in production.  Hope someone has done integration with Thales or DUO.  Thanks.

    I've seen and used SSO with MFA enabled for both Azure AD and Okta, and have heard of it being put in place with OneLogin as well.  I'm quite sure their are other SSO identity providers that will support this as well.  The important thing to remember is that the MFA implementation is put in place with the SSO IdP, and not necessarily a Genesys Cloud feature.  When Genesys Cloud initiates a login request with the IdP, the IdP is the one that delays validation until the MFA challenge has been passed; at that point the IdP will authenticate the user and return this to Genesys cloud, which will grant access at that point.

    Thanks for the info Richard.  Have you ever encountered an SSO provider that was not on Genesys Cloud's supported integrations?  If yes, may I know what's the name of the product and is it working well?

    I haven't personally, but I do know that the ADFS option is intended to be used with any SAML based SSO provider.

    Hello Carlos,

    We have a customer using CA Siteminder as their SSO provider. This was done with the Generic SSO configuration. The main challenge with providers not on the Genesys pre-configured list is a bit of trial and error with configuration as their processes or naming conventions may differ.

    Hi @Becky Powell for the Sailpoint integrations you're mentioning here, was SCIM also tested and would we need to use a third party connector of sorts?  Don't suppose you can point me to any resource material around what would be needed specifically for Sailpoint for the SSO side of things and SCIM?

    SCIM was not tested with Sailpoint, but what i can say is that with all the SCIM vendors we do document, we were able to setup a SCIM integration using their generic tooling.  The "app" we provide for those vendors is really just a default set of attribute mappings that we suggest as a starting point.  I would honestly be surprised if Sailpoint was any different.
