Genesys Cloud - Main

Morning all! 

Trying to see if the platform will allow me to create an evaluation that is not tied to a call. I can create the scorecard, but I am unable to successfully execute the evaluation without a call. Is this not possible?

It isnt currently possible without being tied to an interaction, but there is already an idea on the Genesys Cloud Product Ideas Lab: Ability to Create an Adhoc Evaluation Instance independently from an Interaction.  I recommend voting for the idea and adding your use case, so that it can be considered by the Product Management team.

Diane, in the interim using API's there is a way to evaluate external work. Please see the attached PDF.
