Hi,
Could anyone suggest a way to uniquely identify notification in the user conversations topic that indicates a start of outbound call (either in Preview or Progressive mode) and contains customer’s contactId and contactListId?
Thanks

Take a look at the participant attributes on the notification for an incoming call. You should see something like this:
"attributes": {
"scriptId": "476c2b71-7429-11e4-9a5b-3f91746bffa3",
"dialerContactId": "3894aefb990539ba0be1aa8cfdc81776",
"dialerContactListId": "f19465cf-5bc6-4871-b59f-5307575ddddf",
"dialerInteractionId": "5ad50ab9-ce2b-4701-8e87-9319afeab4dc",
"dialerCampaignId": "86b62839-32e6-4e27-b6c1-5dfab122c389"
}

A single call generates multiple notifications with the same "customer" participant that includes the above structure. I need a way to choose a single notification for a single call.

The first notification you receive for a conversation will indicate the start of the call. If that's all you need, you can ignore further notifications for that conversation.
