This issue might require a ticket to Customer Care, as they will need to review console and network logs and look at what's going on under the hood.
Also looking at the documentation I would say this definitely needs to get to Care, it looks like there maybe something wrong with the auth which cannot be investigated further in a community forum for security reasons.
Let me know if you open a case with Care or if you found the solution another way.
