I would double check that PowerBI has the correct permissions and authorization to access the Static Link: Generate static link
If it does, I would recommend raising a case with care as they will need to investigate what is happening on the back end to clarify that the report is running, the latest data is available and if there are any other issues. If you could make sure to provide the Export ID and Static link found in the Inbox > Exports Menu and confirmation of the scheduled runtime in UTC

Hi Robert,
Yes, I tried rebuilding the report with different time periods and combinations as well, but had no luck.

Did you try rebuilding that scheduled export?

Hi Sam,
I checked my inbox, and it shows all the latest reports correctly. However, when trying the static link, it shows the old report (First Run report).
I also waited a couple of days, but the issue still appears to be there.
Thanks.

Hi Adesh.
Interaction exports are run via the Conversation Detail job endpoint and this pulls data from a datalake that is hydrated by a nightly pipeline run. If this job has not completed when you run the export, then the data will only be available up until the previous pipeline run. This could be causing the export to not have all the data or fail. As the nightly pipeline runs based on the off hours of the region, it would be expected for EUC1 to complete earlier than CAC1 and might be why it was working in the Frankfurt region and you may need to change the time your report is running to make sure it can access the previous days data. You can check here for information regarding Data Availability

Hi,
It appears there is an issue with the CAC1-Canada org. I tested the same configuration under the Frankfurt org, and it is working fine there. I was able to view the latest run report without any problems.

I am guessing a glitch in the configuration data. I would first try removing that putting it back in. You don't have more than 20 exports scheduled do you?

Hi Robert,
Yes, that's correct-the time period is yesterday.
I can see all the reports in my inbox. When I download the report, it gives the correct version, but when I copy the static link from the same latest report and try to paste it in the web browser to download, it gives me the old report. This means the older report is not being replaced by the latest run.

Your time period is Yesterday. That is what I was looking for. On your export inbox, are you seeing only the same report each day?

Hello All,
I'm facing an issue with a static link where I have scheduled a recurring interaction report (Daily) and am trying to fetch the data using Power BI with a Python script.
I only receive the report that was extracted first, and I don't get the report from the latest run. According to the documentation, when you configure a scheduled export from the Analytics Workspace and enable the Generate Static Link option, each export run should replace the file at the static URL location. However, it still shows the old report that was generated on Day 1. I'm testing this feature under "cac1" org
Has anyone else experienced this issue?
Regards,
Adesh
