We actually just had our first live party static call and it was very strange in that if you listened closely, it almost sounded like there was another call overlapping with the agent's call. Like you could almost make out words in the static. And again, this just started a little over a week ago.

Just this month we've started hearing customer voicemail messages that all have the exact same sounding static/interference. This was not observed prior to this month. This seems to be occurring when we are dialing out predictively. It is odd, because we are only hearing the static on voicemail connections, never on a live party. Has anyone else had this issue and if so, did you figure out what caused it and how to fix it? Thank you.
