    Regarding GDPR you are not suppose to store data "longer then necessary".
    So I was wondering how long does Purecloud store interaction data?
    Like what number called, which agent answered and so on?

     And in regards to GDPR will it be possible to adjust how long it will be stored?

    There was an EMEA partner summit a few weeks ago and the 3rd day was dedicated to GDPR where we showed the tools that will be available for each platform. It could not be recorded unfortunately for security reasons but you should be able to get the slides from Shahzad Ahmad (DPO).
