Genesys Cloud - Developer Community!

Hi all,

I am working on a migration process of a considerable volume of users from one Genesys Cloud organization to another, located in a different region.

I would like to know if any of you have implemented a similar strategy or if you have recommendations on the best way to do it.

Currently, I have the following approach in mind:

Get a list of all users from the source organization, including relevant information such as assigned groups, phone numbers, roles, etc., using the API.

Create the users in the new organization using Terraform.

Create the groups and assign the phone numbers, also using Terraform.

Assign each user their respective groups and phone numbers.

However, I have not found examples of a similar process documented, so I would appreciate any previous experience, best practices or additional tools you can suggest.
