    Hi,

    The Stripe- Custom Data actions appfoundry application does not work anymore. The download link is broken and no longer downloads the custom actions.

    Appfoundry team removed this from the listing since the download link is broken.

    I have customers who are in need of this Strip Custom data actions.

    Can anyone help with this?

    Yes we are looking to get the Stripe integration also but we get a 404 Not Found error when using the link from the AppFoundry. Anyone had any success with this?

    I have a sandbox Stripe environment that I have test integrations with in the meantime, but wondering about the AppFoundry integration for Genesys. Thanks!

    Hi Balaji and Marian,

    We recently noticed the same issue. The Stripe Custom Data Actions package from AppFoundry appears to have been removed and the download link is currently returning a 404 error.

    As a workaround, customers can still integrate Genesys Cloud with Stripe by creating their own Custom Data Actions using the Stripe REST APIs. Stripe provides well-documented endpoints for common use cases such as customer lookup, payment methods, payment intents, subscriptions, and refunds, which can be consumed directly through Genesys Cloud Data Actions.

    If the original AppFoundry package is no longer maintained, it may be worth opening a case with Genesys/AppFoundry to confirm whether:

    • The package has been permanently retired.
    • An updated download location exists.
    • There is a supported replacement integration planned.

    In the meantime, a custom integration built with Web Services Data Actions should provide equivalent functionality for most Stripe use cases.

    Has anyone from Genesys Product Management or the AppFoundry team been able to confirm the status of this package?
