    Hi Forum,

    Have Genesys Cloud a STT Engine on Architect? I have to intercept the phrases spoken by the customer and save in a variable

    Use a bot flow with a slot type of regex. I used .* for the regex and it accepted anything I said.

    Hi Melissa,

    I'll describe the context to be clear: I need to integrate Microsoft Bot Framework into Genesys Cloud; If I create a Bot, how can I detect the phrases spoken by the customer to be entered as an input for this bot?
