Hi All, I have a Workplan configured right now....
Shift: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
First break: duration-15 mins with flexible start time from 9 AM to 11 AM [last break from 11AM - 11:15 AM].(increment every 15 mins )
Meal: duration - 1 hr with flexible start time from 11:30 AM to 2:30 PM [last meal starts on 2:30 PM]. (increment every 30 mins)
Second break : duration - 15 mins with flexible start time from 2 PM to 4:30 PM [last break from 4:30 PM - 4:45 PM].
Training of 30 mins from 5 PM to 5:30 PM for all agents.
I have total of 7 agents right now and for some of them second break is appearing before meal which should not happen. it should be like first break>meal>second break.
Is there a way to set the second break Relative to meal so that it starts only after the meal ends for that agent with changing the current configured dynamics?
