In the Education Portal - https://education.genesys.com/explore/certification/cloud#GCAI you can find the links that will point you to each course recommended by Genesys Education to help you in your preparation for the Certification Exams. The courses you find the AI Fundamentals Learning Plan are a good starting point, but for the Certification I would recommend the additional material I mentioned above.
If you don't have a Technical Subscription yet, my advice would be to get the topics from the AI Certification page and search for the content directly in the Resource Center. It may not be as didactical as it would be in the course material, but it would allow you to become better prepared for the exam.
