I am looking for Genesys Cloud CX: Professional Certification (GCX-GCP) and seeking study material and past year sample questions before appearing to external certification. please someone guide me how to appear and how to prepare for exam.

If you have Beyond subscription, you've studied the content religiously and understood Genesys working. You are ready for the exam. You'll be able to attain passing marks I mean. I cleared Genesys CX Professional and Specialist (architect, Scripting) exams each within a gap of 1 week. I can understand your nervousness but you can only fight your fear by appearing in the exam.

• Remember to know the default values of each settings.
• Queue & Script configuration.

Thank you Ashiesh for your valuable support, to some extant my question is answered, and I assume that no specific/sufficient material are available to appear for this exam, I need to read and study thoroughly " Beyond subscription".

Yes, you are right i am afraid to appear for exam because I do not know what level of exam and question is.
