    Can anyone help me on what can I study to pass Genesys Cloud: AI – GPE & GPR certification exam? Or is this enough?

    Hi Ashish,

    I studied only using the learning path mentioned, and it was enough to pass. Unlike the other modules, when I took this one there was no lab available. For GPR, I was still able to test in our org; for GPE, I relied only on the theoretical content.

    That list looks complete to me, make sure you read around the topics on the resource centre and also do a bit of hands-on if you can (although that's not essential). Good luck!

    I'd also suggest going through the Study Guide and reading the articles in the Core Exam Content section: Genesys Cloud - AI: Digital Bots & Knowledge Study Guide

    Unfortunately I don't see any practice exams on Webassessor.

    I'm plan to finish the content today and take the exam soon. Good luck everyone!
