    Hi,

    Anyone experiencing issues downloading either 'Billable Usage' or ' Concurrent Usage' reports today ?

    Tried several times and the UI just freezes on "Loading..." (attached).

    Hey Neil,

    I would recommend restarting your browser and trying again. Let me know if you're still having issues with downloading the report.
