Maybe bad timing. It's just that we have a list of numbers that were working fine on the 15th, but those same numbers all return SIT-UNCALLABLE on the 16th. And we know that there was a major carrier update on the 15th (DNO) and Genesys did some kind of 'Planned Maintenance on North American Toll Free Numbers as well. We of course checked with our carriers and we have a ticket open with Genesys, but so far everyone we check with says it all looks OK on their end and not their problem. We are testing this week by swapping out our toll-free number caller IDs with local numbers. We know that we have not changed anything in our lists or policies, so it is all very frustrating and really affecting our contact rate.

Hi Nettie,
SIT Uncallable is normally returned from the carrier so you might need to check with them as to the reason it has increased. But it would be interesting to see if anyone else is seeing an increase.

Has anyone else experienced a sudden increase in SIT uncallable returns when dialing out with toll free numbers as their caller ID? Starting around the 15th or 16th of this month? If so, was it a carrier issue and what did you do to fix it?
