  • 1.  Suggested Vendors providing Translation of Text and Voice Services?

    Hi All,

    Does anyone have suggestions for a vendor/company they work with that can provide all of the following services?:

    • IVR script translation from English to Spanish
    • Recording of script by a voice professional in both English and Spanish, and obtaining the recording via (i.e. wav. file) for upload into the telephony system.
    • Providing a certificate of translation
